Chris Apple is the Executive Vice President of Finance and Corporate Development and the Chief Financial Officer for AMX where his responsibilities include all aspects of AMX's financial organization, training, Inconcert Partner Program and the Consultant Alliance Program.

Prior to this position, Mr. Apple was Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer, after initially joining AMX as Vice President of Corporate Development in 2001. Mr. Apple has more than 20 years of financial, operational and business development experience with technology companies.

Prior to AMX, Mr. Apple served as Vice President and CFO for BEI Holding Corporation, where his responsibilities included acquisitions, integration, divestitures and overall general management of several portfolio businesses. His professional background also includes executive finance and development positions at Alcatel (formerly DSC Communications), Answersoft and Sevin Rosen Funds. Mr. Apple began his career at Ernst and Young.

Mr. Apple holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration from Oklahoma State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
