Steve Byars has served as vice president of administration at AMX since April 2001.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Byars led the administrative functions for Hollywood Casino Corporation since 1995. He served Fidelity Investments from 1989 to 1995 as vice president of administration. He also has prior senior level experience with a variety of companies, including Trammell Crow Company, Amdahl Computer Corporation and Texas Instruments.

Mr. Byars holds a Master's and Bachelor's Degree from the University of North Texas.
