Harold Hickey, vice president of operations, manages the AMX manufacturing, distribution and worldwide customer support organizations. He also monitors and adjusts inventory to ensure the company’s product supply effectively meets customer demand.

Mr. Hickey brings a wealth of domestic and international experience in business operations, profit and loss management, customer service, sales and marketing to this role. Prior to joining AMX, Mr. Hickey was vice president of North American service and operations for Samsung Telecommunications America, where he was responsible for the company’s distribution and logistics, customs compliance, manufacturing engineering and reverse logistics operations. He also worked for Motorola, where he held a variety of operations, sales and marketing positions, including director of North America business operations for the company’s Personal Communications Sector (PCS) retail division.

Mr. Hickey earned a Bachelor’s of Arts degree from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. He has also taken management classes at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the University of Chicago.
