OVERVIEW
Software Maintenance Agreement (RMS-ENT-SMA) for RMS Enterprise solutions including upgrades, updates and top-tier Technical Support. Available in one-year increments, this renewable service plan provides organizations with a maintenance program that makes it easy to keep RMS current combined with AMX Technical Support.

The RMS Software Maintenance Agreement is a required part of an initial RMS Enterprise installation. The first year of RMS-ENT-SMA is included in the pricing for RMS-ENT. End users will be notified prior to expiration for renewal. The renewal/upgrade price is based on the scope of each RMS installation. For questions about pricing, please contact your AMX Representative.

NOTE: Upgrade from RMS 3.3 is available at no charge with the purchase of the Software Maintenance Agreement (RMS-ENT-SMA).
